The Boston Celtics have acquired playmaking point guard Malcolm Brogdon in a trade with the Indiana Pacers without giving up key players Grant Williams, Robert Williams or Payton Pritchard, the team announced Saturday.
Details of the Trade
The Celtics sent Daniel Theis, Aaron Nesmith, Nik Stauskas, Malik Fitts, Juwan Morgan and a 2023 first-round pick to the Pacers in exchange for Brogdon.
The move gives the Celtics a much-needed upgrade at the point guard position and adds another versatile piece to their already talented roster.
